No. 35/2013), Sirpur-Kaghaznagar, Fatima House R/o H. No: 1-16-718/2/1, Kaghaznagar P.O., Kumaram Bheem- Asifabad Dist. (Old Adilabad), Telangana, Pin Code No. 504 296.
